First, the pre-treatment process: lay a high-quality foundation

Desizing   Amylase :

Sizing is an essential process in the weaving process of textiles, its purpose is to strengthen the strength of the warp and ensure the smooth weaving process. However, these slurries must be removed before subsequent processing. Although the traditional alkaline desizing method is widely used, there are many drawbacks. At this time, amylase comes forward, it is like a precise "tailor", specifically identifies and hydrolyzes the glucoside bond in the starch slurry, and gradually dissolves the large molecules of starch into small molecules that are easily soluble in water. This process can be efficiently completed under mild conditions, usually the temperature only needs to be controlled at 50-70 ° C, and the pH value is maintained between 5.5 and 7.5, which is in sharp contrast to the high temperature and strong alkali environment required for alkaline desizing. The mild reaction conditions greatly protect the inherent structure of the fiber, making the loss of strength in the subsequent processing of the fabric minimal. Moreover, after the desizing of amylase, the COD value in the wastewater is significantly reduced, which reduces the pressure of sewage treatment and meets the demands of environmental protection. For example, in the desizing treatment of cotton fabrics, the use of amylase process can not only stabilize the desizing rate to more than 90%, but also retain about 95% of the breaking strength of the fabric, which lays a solid foundation for the subsequent process.

Scouring , Bio-scouring Enzyme RF838-K:

Natural fiber fabrics, especially cotton and hemp products, are attached to the surface of a layer of impurities such as grease, wax and pectin, which seriously hinder the water absorption and dyeing uniformity of the fabric. Bio-scouring enzyme RF838-K is like a "smart key" that precisely acts on the ester bonds in oil molecules, breaking down complex fatty substances into small molecules such as fatty acids and glycerol. In the scouring process, it can be targeted to remove impurities without damaging the fiber itself. Compared with the traditional strong alkaline scouring agent, lipase can play an excellent role in the near neutral pH environment (pH 7-8.5) and the temperature of 40-50 ℃, avoiding long-term strong alkali corrosion of equipment, extending the service life of equipment, and reducing the maintenance cost of enterprise equipment. After the cotton fabric is refined by bio-scouring enzyme RF838-K, the drip diffusion time can be shortened from tens of seconds before treatment to less than 5 seconds, creating excellent conditions for the uniform coloring of the subsequent dyeing process.
